iMNEs is directed by the board. It has currently two committees, the scientific advisory committee and the award committee formed by members of the society.

Scientific Advisory Committee
The scientific committee monitors current developments in Micro and Nano Engineering, based on which it advises the organizers of the annual conferences about important developments and timely thematic focal points. It also advises the program chairman on the composition of the program committee and proposes new members of that committee. We strive at an equal representation of all countries in geographical Europa.
